• Body Percussion - ‘Can’t stop the feeling’ from the Trolls movie with words on screen and easy to follow body percussion to different rhythms as it progresses. Makes you concentrate and sing along!
• Cuban Percussion(Mambo) using house-hold objects. This is a really good one to do at home or at school using the instruments.
   
• Rhythm - This is another really good one looking at rhythm, tempo and composition. It also had a good interactive music game the children can play by removing layers of a song.

PSHE / Wellbeing

• Calm - offering 'soothing meditations', a 'calm masterclass', 'calm kids' and mindfulness resources. 
• Headspace - Weathering the Storm - includes meditations, sleep and movement exercises (Access via App or Website).
